Because we craft all of our dehydrated pineapple in small, carefully monitored batches, please allow 2–3 days for your order to ship. This ensures every slice meets our premium quality standards before it leaves our Georgia kitchen.

All of our fruit is naturally grown and sliced by hand, the size, shape and color of individual pieces may vary from package to package. These natural variations are normal and part of the unique character of each batch.

No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and quality assurance of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items. All sales are final.

Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned for any reason, including preference, taste, or size variations, as food items cannot be resold or restocked.

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
