Processing Time

Because we craft all of our dehydrated apples in small, carefully monitored batches, please allow 2–5 days for your order to ship. This ensures every slice meets our premium quality standards before leaving our Georgia kitchen. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

All of our fruit is naturally grown and sliced by hand, the size, shape and color of individual pieces may vary from package to package. These natural variations are normal and part of the unique character of each batch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or seasonal volume.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Dried Harvest Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will assist you with next steps.
